Sweetness onset close to sugar with no lingering bitterness.
Rebaudioside M with Siraitia grosvenorii extract · CAS 1220616-44-3 / 88901-36-4

Rebaudioside M carries the sweetness curve; Mogroside V smooths the tail. The closest a plant-based blend gets to sugar.
Stevia Reb-M + Monk Fruit Extract Co-Blend is supplied at Reb-M 90–98 % + Mogroside V 2–10 %, delivering 200–300× sucrose (tunable) with 0 kcal / g and a glycaemic index of 0. Minimum order is 10 kg · free 20 g sample, and every batch ships with a batch-specific COA.
What it is. Compound sweetener systems combining a high-intensity sweetener with a bulking agent to deliver spoon-for-spoon sugar replacement. Botanical / chemical identity: Rebaudioside M with Siraitia grosvenorii extract. CAS: 1220616-44-3 / 88901-36-4.
How it is made. Dry blending of individually tested components in a GMP-controlled blending suite, followed by metal detection, in-process homogeneity checks (assay on top / middle / bottom samples) and packing under nitrogen where required.
Performance in application. The blend is engineered to drop straight into an existing sucrose formula: it is cold-soluble and heat-stable through pasteurisation and baking, and the bulking partner carries the mouthfeel, the browning and the freezing-point depression that a high-intensity sweetener alone cannot deliver.
Why buyers choose this grade. A co-blend removes the two-step problem: you no longer dose a high-intensity sweetener and a bulking agent separately. The ratio is fixed at blending, so every batch tastes the same and your production team weighs one ingredient instead of three.
Quality and documentation. Every batch is released against a batch-specific certificate of analysis covering assay, moisture, ash, heavy metals, microbiological limits and a 450+ compound pesticide multi-residue screen. Halal and Kosher certificates are issued against the producing plant, and third-party verification is available on request.
Supply and logistics. 10 kg · free 20 g sample. Stocked grades ship within 3–5 business days from the Guangzhou warehouse. Incoterms offered are FOB Nansha / Yantian, CIF, CFR and DDP door-to-door by air or express.

Balanced sweetness curve, no bitter tail.
We had written off stevia for our premium line. This blend changed the panel verdict in a single session — the tail simply is not there.
On a time-intensity curve it tracks sucrose far more closely than Reb-M alone. We replaced our previous two-sweetener system with one ingredient.

Allulose browns and bulks; monk fruit supplies the missing sweetness.
