D-Tagatose with Siraitia grosvenorii extract · CAS 87-81-0 / 88901-36-4

A low-glycaemic rare-sugar system with authentic browning, real bulk and a prebiotic dividend.
Tagatose + Monk Fruit Extract Co-Blend is supplied at Tagatose 95.0–99.0 % + Mogroside V 1.0–5.0 %, delivering 1:1 with sucrose (tunable) with ≈ 1.5 kcal / g and a glycaemic index of ≈ 3. Minimum order is 25 kg (1 fibre drum) · ratio tuned to your brief, and every batch ships with a batch-specific COA.
What it is. Compound sweetener systems combining a high-intensity sweetener with a bulking agent to deliver spoon-for-spoon sugar replacement. Botanical / chemical identity: D-Tagatose with Siraitia grosvenorii extract. CAS: 87-81-0 / 88901-36-4.
How it is made. Dry blending of individually tested components in a GMP-controlled blending suite, followed by metal detection, in-process homogeneity checks (assay on top / middle / bottom samples) and packing under nitrogen where required.
Performance in application. The blend is engineered to drop straight into an existing sucrose formula: it is cold-soluble and heat-stable through pasteurisation and baking, and the bulking partner carries the mouthfeel, the browning and the freezing-point depression that a high-intensity sweetener alone cannot deliver.
Why buyers choose this grade. A co-blend removes the two-step problem: you no longer dose a high-intensity sweetener and a bulking agent separately. The ratio is fixed at blending, so every batch tastes the same and your production team weighs one ingredient instead of three.
Quality and documentation. Every batch is released against a batch-specific certificate of analysis covering assay, moisture, ash, heavy metals, microbiological limits and a 450+ compound pesticide multi-residue screen. Halal and Kosher certificates are issued against the producing plant, and third-party verification is available on request.
Supply and logistics. 25 kg (1 fibre drum) · ratio tuned to your brief. Stocked grades ship within 3–5 business days from the Guangzhou warehouse. Incoterms offered are FOB Nansha / Yantian, CIF, CFR and DDP door-to-door by air or express.
