Even thickness gives a consistent fill and a clean infusion.
Siraitia grosvenorii low-temperature dehydrated slices · CAS n/a (whole botanical)

Low-temperature dehydrated slices that keep the fruit's pale colour, clean aroma and even thickness for blends and retail packs.
Dehydrated Monk Fruit Slices (Low-Temperature) is supplied as Sliced halves · low-temperature dehydration · moisture ≤ 8 %. It is a whole-fruit, minimally processed tea and beverage ingredient — no extraction, no carriers, no added sugar. Minimum order is 50 kg · free 500 g sample, and every lot ships with a batch-specific COA.
What it is. Whole, sliced or cored fruit of Siraitia grosvenorii — the traditional Luo Han Guo used for tea and decoction. Botanical / chemical identity: Siraitia grosvenorii low-temperature dehydrated slices. CAS: n/a (whole botanical).
How it is made. Fruit is harvested at maturity in Guilin, Guangxi, then dehydrated under controlled low-temperature airflow to retain mogrosides and aroma volatiles. No sulphur fumigation, no added sugar, no preservatives.
Performance in application. The pieces are brewed, not dissolved: they infuse in hot water over 3–5 minutes and give a rounded, fruit-forward sweetness with no bitter aftertaste. Slice size and moisture are controlled so the infusion is repeatable cup to cup.
Why buyers choose this grade. A whole-fruit format lets a tea or beverage brand put a recognisable piece of fruit on the label instead of an extract number, and the low-temperature process keeps the colour and aroma that high-heat drying destroys.
Quality and documentation. Every batch is released against a batch-specific certificate of analysis covering assay, moisture, ash, heavy metals, microbiological limits and a 450+ compound pesticide multi-residue screen. Halal and Kosher certificates are issued against the producing plant, and third-party verification is available on request.
Supply and logistics. 50 kg · free 500 g sample. Stocked grades ship within 3–5 business days from the Guangzhou warehouse. Incoterms offered are FOB Nansha / Yantian, CIF, CFR and DDP door-to-door by air or express.
