Tabletop sweetener blends & sachets
The bulking carrier that lets a blend spoon 1:1 with sugar.
meso-Erythritol (C4H10O4) · CAS 149-32-6

The bulking backbone of almost every 1:1 tabletop blend — zero calories, zero glycaemic load, no laxative threshold.
Bulk Fermented Erythritol (100-Mesh & Granular) is supplied at ≥ 99.5 % Erythritol · HPLC, delivering 70 % of sucrose with 0 kcal / g (0.2 kcal/g EU) and a glycaemic index of 0. Minimum order is 25 kg (1 fibre drum) · free 100 g sample, and every batch ships with a batch-specific COA.
What it is. Erythritol — a four-carbon polyol (sugar alcohol) produced by fermentation rather than hydrogenation. Botanical / chemical identity: meso-Erythritol (C4H10O4). CAS: 149-32-6.
How it is made. Fermentation of glucose from maize starch using an osmophilic yeast, followed by heat inactivation, decolourisation, ion-exchange purification, concentration and crystallisation.
Performance in application. It is a crystalline bulk sweetener with a clean cooling taste and a high digestive tolerance relative to other polyols. It is heat-stable and non-hygroscopic, which is why it is the standard choice for tabletop sachets, sugar-free chocolate and compressed tablets.
Why buyers choose this grade. 70 % of sucrose at 0 kcal / g (0.2 kcal/g EU) with a glycaemic index of 0 makes it the reference bulk sweetener for sugar-free chocolate, chewing gum and tabletop sachets. Because it is non-hygroscopic it does not cake in storage.
Quality and documentation. Every batch is released against a batch-specific certificate of analysis covering assay, moisture, ash, heavy metals, microbiological limits and a 450+ compound pesticide multi-residue screen. Halal and Kosher certificates are issued against the producing plant, and third-party verification is available on request.
Supply and logistics. 25 kg (1 fibre drum) · free 100 g sample. Stocked grades ship within 3–5 business days from the Guangzhou warehouse. Incoterms offered are FOB Nansha / Yantian, CIF, CFR and DDP door-to-door by air or express.

Dosage ranges are a starting point for bench work. Our formulation team will review your specific matrix, process temperatures and target sweetness profile and propose a validated level.
The bulking carrier that lets a blend spoon 1:1 with sugar.
Hard-coating friendly with excellent shelf stability and no tooth decay risk.
Clean dissolution and the mildest cooling effect of any polyol.
Non-cariogenic and fully compatible with fluoride systems.
Provides bulk and structure where the sweetness is carried by monk fruit.
The standard bulking base for 1:1 spoon-for-spoon sugar replacers.
Gives clean cooling and good snap; watch crystallisation control.
Adds bulk and some browning; combine with allulose for colour.
We private-label a 1:1 tabletop blend and have used three carriers. Erythritol from Monk Fruit Hub is the only one where our sachet fill weights never drift.
Granular grade flows perfectly on our existing sugar filling line. No change parts, no recalibration, no dust.
Hard coating performance is excellent. Very low hygroscopicity, which matters in our climate.
Send us your target sweetness profile, application and volume. We will come back with a grade recommendation, indicative pricing and a sample dispatch date within one business day.
